The design process commenced with the concept of suspending one set of stereotomic profiles parallel to ground (XZ Plane), incorporating seating spaces for twelve within its surface area. Concurrently, a second set of stereotomic profiles was arranged in a double spiral formation, oriented perpendicular to the ground (z-axis), providing crucial structural support. This double-spiral configuration was devised as a solution to prevent horizontal shear at joints. Elements in the XY plane were strategically spaced to disrupt the conventional grid pattern, serving dual purposes in seating functionality and aesthetic appeal. The construction employed a combination of steel L and flat connectors, reinforced through bolting, to ensure the structural integrity of the entire assembly.
